Once again we have made it through another
cold winter and are welcoming the arrival of
spring. Spring is a season that bursts with life
and renewal, inviting vibrant colors, blooming
flowers, and a sense of warmth back into the
world. It is a reminder of fresh beginnings, a
time to embrace growth and soak in the beauty
all around. With the warmer weather it means
an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the
fresh air and sunshine, the sound of
horseshoes hitting the stake, and the smell of
the grills cooking some of our favorite meals.
If you are looking for a place to hold your
outdoor event, our pavilion is a great place to
enjoy all your outdoor activities.
1st Quarter Newsletter, 2025
Another year has ended and a new one is
beginning. I hope everyone had a joyous and
safe holiday season and that 2025 is a special
and successful year for you. My first few
months of being the commander of Post 10
has been quite the experience which I have
enjoyed and have learned what it means to be
the commander. I have had the pleasure of
getting to meet and know more of the
membership. I look forward to continuing to
meet more members and enhance my
knowledge of legion activities. We have had
some struggles with equipment failures,
building repairs, and other opportunities but
we came together as one legion and turned
these issues into success. Thank you to all
that assisted in making Post 10 our home that
everyone can enjoy.
4th Quarter Newsletter, 2024
Greetings Post 10 members. I would like to
start my first message by thanking
Commander Dave Drawbaugh for his service
to our Post this past year, and wish to say
thank you to all the members who gave me the
opportunity to be the Commander of Post 10. I
look forward to working to continue our
mission of caring for veterans, their families,
and our community. I also would like to
extend my appreciation to all the volunteers
that helped with the Post activities this past
year. Your assistance makes a world of
difference in having a successful event being
conducted smoothly.
